Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using SiteMoves (“the extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension.

2. Description of service

SiteMoves is a Chrome extension that records browser actions (clicks, keystrokes, navigation) and replays them. An optional Pro tier provides AI-powered execution via OpenAI's API.

3. Free and Pro tiers

The free tier includes recording, replaying, and saving up to 3 Moves per month, with up to 25 replays per month. Run Mode (AI execution) is not available on the free tier. The Pro tier includes unlimited saves and replays, plus up to 50 AI-powered Run Mode executions per month.

The Pro tier costs $9 per month. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period, and your payment method is charged $9 each month until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.

You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. We don't prorate or automatically refund partial months when you cancel.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at hello@sitemoves.app within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked, to your original payment method.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteMoves to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of service of any website
• Automate actions on websites that prohibit automated access
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits
• Harass, spam, or harm other users or services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the extension code

5. Data and privacy

Your use of SiteMoves is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Run Mode sends data through our servers to OpenAI's API, and sharing a Move uploads it to our servers, both as described in the Privacy Policy. Moves are otherwise stored locally on your device.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

SiteMoves is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will work on every website or that replayed actions will always succeed. Websites may change their structure at any time, which may break saved Moves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteMoves and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to unintended actions performed by replayed Moves or AI execution.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in extension update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
